How can I pay?

Payment can be made through most common credit cards or through PayPal. 

How are the goods shipped?

Orders are shipped via express courier (TNT and DHL). After the order has been processed, you will receive the respective package tracking number

How long does it take for a delivery?

Deliveries normally take 7 working days from the time of shipment. In any case, a maximum of 20 days should be allowed from the day the customer order was processed. 

If the merchandise is defective or non-conforming, can I change it?

The Consumer has a total of 3 days to check that the delivery is correct and that includes all the products purchased as well as reporting any possible defects and damages of the delivery. If any packaging of the products is delivered damaged, the Consumer is entitled to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept the delivery “with reservation” and has 3 days to file and submit the claim.  If no objections are filled to the carrier/shipper within 3 days, the Products delivered will be considered definitively accepted by the Consumer.

How can I order?

Orders can be submitted through our e-commerce website which is linked to our a seller distribution channel.

Please ensure to fill out all   personal data (name, surname, address with house number, postal code, city, state, phone number/e-mail). Incomplete orders will not be processed.  Once the order has been processed a notification will be sent to you

Can I change or cancel the order?

You have 12 hours for changing or canceling your order. After this allotted time, no more changes or cancellation will be allowed.

Regarding shipment, are import duties, local taxes or any other import and brokerage fee included in the shown price?

All prices showed exclude VAT (except for orders from Taiwan which include a 5% VAT charge) and other import duties or any other importing or brokerage fee. Any such duties or fees are entirely at your expense.

How long will it take for reimbursement in case of order reseinment?

If  the order resignment conditions are all met, we will reimburse the price paid for the products within 14 days of the return request.

Are transportation costs at my charge?

Transportation costs will be charged as a lump sum as follow:

  • € 24,40 for purchases till €50 (US$ 28 for purchases till US$ 55,00)
  • € 15,70 for purchases till €100 (US$ 18 for purchases till US$ 110,00)
  • € 10,50 or purchases till €130 (US$ 12 for purchases till US$ 143,00)
  • € 7,00 or purchases till €218 (US$ 8 for purchases till US$ 240,00)
  • Free for purchases over €218 (Free for purchases over US$ 240,00)

Is there a way to have access to instructions, technical documents, maintenance books and catalogs about ITM products?
